This Privacy Policy applies to NorthScale Group Inc. ("NorthScale", "we", "us" or "our"), a corporation constituted under the laws of Canada with its place of business in the Province of Québec, and to the website northscalegroup.com and any related pages (the "Site").
We are committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Québec), the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada) and other privacy laws that may apply to you.

If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the persons concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec as required by law.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:

13Exercising your rights and complaints
To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond within thirty days of receiving your request. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec or, where applicable, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
14Children
The Site and our services are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of fourteen.
15Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
